Mr Hill is known for his innovative approach to neurosurgery, utilizing the most advanced surgical techniques available. These include intraoperative MRI, radiosurgery, awake surgeries, advanced mapping techniques, and Gamma Knife radiosurgery. His dedication to precision and patient safety is reflected in his use of cutting-edge technology to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Mr Hill's academic journey began at Barts and The Royal London Medical School at The University of London, where he was awarded an MBBS in 2007, graduating at the top of his year group with double distinction. He then pursued neurosurgical training in London, gaining extensive experience across the full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgery. His subspecialty training was further enriched by an academic clinical lectureship in neurosurgical oncology at Queen Square, London, where he honed his skills in the treatment of complex brain conditions.

In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Hill is deeply committed to advancing the field of neurosurgery through research. He completed a PhD in Clinical Neuroscience from the prestigious University of Cambridge, where he focused on the fundamental molecular mechanisms of disease and their application to patient care. As an Honorary Associate Professor at the Cancer Institute of University College London, he continues to contribute to the academic community, leading several clinical trials aimed at improving patient outcomes.
