Listed in The Times 2010 top UK doctors for his epilepsy and brain tumour surgery, Mr Andrew McEvoy is one of London's leading Consultant Neurosurgeons. He has the largest adult epilepsy surgical practice in the UK, and a specialist neuro-oncology service with a particular interest in brain tumour resection. His general neurosurgical practice encompasses spinal surgery, trigeminal neuralgia, hydrocephalus, head injury and peripheral nerve surgery.

Mr Andrew McEvoy originally graduated from the University of London, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in surgical neurology. He is widely published in leading peer-reviewed journals and has a number of grants to pursue ongoing research at the Institute of Neurology at Queen Square. In addition to his private practice, Mr McEvoy is an honorary consultant neurosurgeon to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
